Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days or even a few weeks. The shipping industry has been experiencing problems. Because of COVID-19 Services like U.S. Postal Service has slowed down delivery for one-third of small and lightweight packages as it advances its plan to cut costs and reverse longstanding financial losses. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We do not offer refunds for items we have already shipped that you did not receive. We are not responsible for items that may be lost during the shipping process.  We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase if you return your item unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
